This one-day course enables business users and app makers to use Copilot Studio actions and Copilot connectors to extend and customise Microsoft 365 Copilot. Students will learn how to design tailored conversations for predictable scenarios, automate complex business tasks, connect business data from various sources, and generate content or insights using AI.
