This course introduces model-driven app configuration within the Customer Experience suite, preparing students with the necessary skills to build a Customer Experience solution. The course covers Dynamics 365 Sales, including lead and opportunity management, product catalog organisation, sales order processing, and key features of Microsoft Copilot for Sales. It also teaches students how to use Dynamics 365 Customer Insights to understand and target customers, create unified customer profiles, and build impactful marketing assets.
The workshop at the end of the course allows students to apply their learnings in a real-world challenge, configuring Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights model-driven apps to create a full Customer Experience solution.
The course is ideal for students seeking the Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Analyst Associate certification or aiming to pass the MB-280 exam. This five-day course combines the four-course series consisting of MB-280T01, MB-280T02, MB-280T03 and MB-280T04 which are also available individually.
