If you find it difficult to do full-time training, and would prefer to progress through lessons and learning around your work (and life) schedule, the Microsoft Digital Academy is for you.

This bootcamp-style program is completed over four weeks and includes weekly, online self-paced modules and online Q&A sessions with Lumify Work Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs) and industry professionals.

Best of all, you get to learn with a like-minded, fun, and supportive community of students, and you will be ready for your Certification exam once you have completed the course. There’s even a live virtual graduation event!

What is the time commitment?

We recommend that you set aside approximately one to two hours per week to ensure you have the depth of knowledge required to pass the exam. This would be enough to complete the self-paced online modules and online Q&A sessions. All events are optional and will be recorded if you can’t attend live and want to watch later.

What you’ll learn

This program will provide you with a broad introduction to the customer engagement capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

You'll become familiar with the concept of customer engagement, as well as each of the customer engagement apps, including Dynamics 365 Marketing, Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Field Service, and the customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities of Dynamics 365 Project Operations. This program will include lectures as well as hands-on labs.

After completing this program, participants will be able to:
