Why study this course

The SAFe® Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM) course teaches product owners and product managers how they should work together to achieve the best possible customer and business outcomes. The SAFe POPM course will teach you how to adopt a customer-centric approach to building products, using the Scaled Agile Framework® to deliver more value, faster.

Topics covered in this course include the daily role of POs and PMs; collaborating with engineering teams and business stakeholders; how to write epics, features, and stories; and how to design, prioritise, build, test, and deliver products with increased productivity and higher quality.

All SAFe workshops at Lumify Work are delivered by an authorised SAFe Practice Consultant. They bring real-world expertise and insights to the classroom, ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience.

Examination

This course pricing includes additional online learning modules, a practice exam, and the certification exam. Attendees must attend all days of the course to be eligible for the exam, and it must be sat within 30 days of completing the course.
