Why study this course

» This Combined course is also available as two separate 3-day courses: PRINCE2 Agile Foundation and PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner.

PRINCE2 Agile® is the world’s most complete project management solution, combining the flexibility and responsiveness of Agile with the clearly defined framework of PRINCE2®.

The new best practice guidance shows how this compatibility can be exploited by organisations harnessing both PRINCE2 and Agile, equipping them with the required skills and processes to successfully deliver projects to meet customer requirements in today’s fast-paced and rapidly changing business environments.

PRINCE2 and Agile each have their own strengths, and when combined they complement each other and create a holistic approach to managing projects in an Agile way. The strength of PRINCE2 lies in areas of project direction and project management, while Agile has a very strong focus on product delivery. Combining PRINCE2 and Agile delivers an integrated and seamless approach to managing and delivering modern projects.

PRINCE2 Agile describes how to configure and tune PRINCE2 so that it can be used in the most effective way when combining it with Agile behaviours, concepts, frameworks, and techniques.

PRINCE2 Agile does not favour one Agile approach over any other, it engages with Agile in all of its many forms to provide a holistic project management approach that can be tailored to suit a wide variety of project conditions.

The course includes a copy of the PRINCE2 Agile official publication.

It is highly recommended that you spend some time each evening of this course reviewing and consolidating what you’ve learned, to be well prepared for the exam.
