Anyone wanting to learn how to set up an effective hardware asset management practice with key milestones and a variety of people and departments.
Prerequisites
Attendees should ideally have completed the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (SNAF) course.
In lieu of completing the above course, attendees must have basic familiarity with navigation within ServiceNow.
