Overview
Achieving CCNP Security certification proves your skills with security solutions. To earn CCNP Security certification, you pass two exams: one that covers core security technologies and one security concentration exam of your choice, so you can customise your certification to your technical area of focus.
There are no formal prerequisites for CCNP Security, but you should have a good understanding of the exam topics before taking the exams.
Core training and exam:
Implementing and Operating Cisco Security Core Technologies (SCOR) Course + 350-701 SCOR Exam
Concentration training and exam (choose one):
Securing Networks with Cisco Firepower Next Generation Firewall (SSNGFW) course or Securing Networks with Cisco Firepower Next-Generation IPS (SSFIPS) course + 300-710 SNCF Exam
Implementing and Configuring Cisco Identity Services Engine (SISE) course + 300-715 SISE Exam
Securing Email with Cisco Email Security Appliance (SESA) course + 300-720 SESA Exam
Securing the Web with Cisco Web Security Appliance (SWSA) course + 300-725 SWSA Exam
Implementing Secure Solutions with Virtual Private Networks (SVPN) course + 300-730 SVPN Exam
Implementing Automation for Cisco Security Solutions (SAUI) course + 300-735 SAUTO Exam
Designing and Implementing Secure Cloud Access for Users and Endpoints (SCAZT) course + 300-740 SCAZT Exam
