FLEXIBLE, CUSTOMISED TRAINING
Auldhouse has been Datacom's training partner for many years. Tony appreciates their flexible approach, providing not only the courses required as prerequisites to certification but delivering customised training to meet more specific project requirements.
Recently, Datacom had a requirement to train a large number of their Cloud specialists in Microsoft Azure. The team all had a varying level of skill and experience.
Based on the success of previous training projects where Datacom engaged Auldhouse to discuss their training requirements.
Daniel Bowbyes, Datacom's National Hybrid Cloud Lead, says "Our team was super impressed with the training style and the way Auldhouse adapted the depth and level of the course to meet individual abilities. I also noted that yesterday a number of the team sat the associated Microsoft Azure exam and passed, which I'm sure was in a large part due to the great training provided."
Daniel appreciated the time Auldhouse took to understand the level staff members were at and then tailoring the delivery of the course to their level. He says that the consistently positive training feedback that staff give is what "keeps Datacom using Auldhouse!"
CONSISTENT AND TRUSTED DELIVERY
Auldhouse's ability to provide an unfailingly high level of courses, trainers and courseware also sits well with Tony.
"We've got a good relationship with Auldhouse," he says. "The training they provide is always spot on. Our people walk away feeling confident that there are no gaps in their knowledge for the technology stack they're working on."
"Not only has Auldhouse exceeded our expectations in the delivery of our recent Microsoft Azure training project, they have consistently delivered a high level of service and training for our other training requirements including Citrix, Cisco, DevOps, Red Hat, Agile Scrum VMware and a large number of ITIL Foundations and Practitioner courses."
