Winner of the Acceleration Award in APJC and Top Quality Award in APJC
Australia (Sydney, NSW) – 7, April, 2014 – DDLS today announced that it is the recipient of Cisco’s Acceleration Award in APJC and Top Quality Award in APJC. Cisco unveiled the winners of its 2014 Learning Partner Awards at its Global Learning Partner Conference, March 23, 2014, in Las Vegas.
Cisco Learning Partner Awards are designed to recognize exemplary Learning Partners and Business Learning Partners that demonstrate best-in-class channel business practices and serve as a model to the industry. Areas of consideration include collaboration with Cisco and other Learning Partners; innovation in developing new programs to enhance the learner experience; acceleration of growth; and top quality, recognizing an overall commitment to the highest-quality training and enablement.
Mal Shaw, CEO of DDLS said the following on the two awards:
Top Quality Award in APJC
“DDLS is delighted to receive this award from Cisco. This award recognises the focus that DDLS has on excellence in adult and corporate learning. Our team strives to deliver the highest possible training experience for our clients that we can, so it’s tremendous to have Cisco recognise DDLS as a quality leader in our region of Asia Pacific, Japan and China.”
Acceleration Award in APJC
“DDLS is extremely pleased to receive this award from Cisco. Our Cisco instructor team works together to build labs designed to enhance the learning experience, and simplify access to lab devices for course attendees. Our network infrastructure enables centralised lab access from all of our classrooms throughout Australia.
“For CCNP Wireless, CCNP Voice & TelePresence courses the lab equipment is all physically in the classroom. We have also recently built labs for Cisco Identity Services Engine and Cisco Prime Infrastructure related courses.
“This gives our clients the opportunity to learn and gain hands-on experience before returning to their workplace to apply their new skills. Australians have a reputation as early adopters of new technologies. Low latency lab access and hardware in the classroom are some of the reasons why our clients have chosen DDLS for the new Cisco courses and we thank Cisco for recognising this.”
“Cisco Learning Partners and Business Learning Partners are an essential element of the Cisco channel strategy, providing best-in-class technical and business readiness authorized training for Cisco® networking solutions,” said Rachel Forke, director, Worldwide Learning Partner Channel for Cisco. “The awards this year are centered around the theme of ‘what drives you,’ recognizing partners that are driving cutting edge approaches to Cisco channel and customer enablement. With this recognition, DDLS further demonstrates its capabilities in the channel and commitment to its partnership with Cisco.”
