The trainer was excellent in making sure that everyone understood what the requirements were for each process. Also being able to answer any questions asked. Her delivery style was very good.

The course was delivered to a very high standard. The opportunity to be able to stay for an extra course (Making Projects Work) which I wasn’t originally enrolled on and pay the reduced amount for doing the two courses back to back was great.

I felt that I walked away with a very good understanding of the processes involved in Project Management to be comfortable to implement them at work successfully (I also was provided with very good resource material). I thought the course was well presented and provided exactly what was outlined in the description to a high level. The trainer had a vast knowledge base from which she could provide a large range of detailed examples.

The facilities were good with friendly customer service.
