I have attended the ITIL Foundation and ITIL Release and Control courses run by Lumify (formerly DDLS). Both of these courses were packaged and presented in a very professional way, with all of the courseware and information presented in a timely and relevant way – giving trainees examples of how ITIL can be implemented in all facets of IT Service delivery.
I can confidently say that I have a practical and working knowledge of ITIL concepts and am proud to have been accredited with my ITIL qualification. I am utilising the skills and knowledge I have obtained from doing this ITIL training to increase the effectiveness and professionalism of the IT Team.
I recommend the ITIL courses conducted by Lumify (formerly DDLS). The training staff are knowledgeable and interesting to learn from.
