Tailored Excel eLearning modules

Lumify developed 80 independent eLearning modules for UNSW Sydney to deliver Excel skill development across disciplines at scale, tailored for both Windows and Mac platforms. 

Covering Excel fundamentals, statistical functions, and tables and charts, the bite-sized modules featured concise videos, practical exercises, and step-by-step instructions for performing Excel tasks.

Delivered in SCORM format, these modules enabled UNSW to customise and seamlessly integrate the content into their LMS, offering flexible and engaging learning experiences that significantly improved students' Excel proficiency.

MS Teams eLearning

Lumify collaborated with the Nelson Marlborough District Health Board (NMDHB) to develop a self-paced learning module for Microsoft Teams.

The project included creating an interactive eLearning module for 25 participants, a learning portal to host the online training, and comprehensive training completion reports. Deliverables included content development, hosting on an LMS platform, analytics and reporting tools, and learner account creation with ongoing support.

The module was completed within three months, adhered to the budget, and was well received.

How it works

Step 1: Define

We analyse current Employee Performance and establish your goals, timeline and budget. Lumify's approach to instructional design blends the best practices of traditional instructional design with innovative Learning Experience Design (LXD) principles, underpinned by the renowned ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation).

Step 2: Design

This involves storyboarding and content mapping. Our team collaborates closely with you through innovative and intuitive design to ensure that every course we develop is engaging, relevant, and impactful for your workforce.

Step 3: Develop

This custom eLearning development stage involves building the initial modules and elements. Here, we will also run tests with a small group of learners to identify issues and gather feedback.

Step 4: Deploy

After testing, we will launch a version online with the mission-critical items for the rest of your team. From here, we roll out the Custom eLearning  solution and measure performance. Our Learning Experience Design (LXD) process goes beyond traditional methods by focusing on the entire learner journey.
