Embed the skills gained to deliver long-term benefits to participants
Pre-course
To understand your retention and application of the concepts learned in the Professional Negotiation and Influencing - Module 1 course, you’ll receive an online survey. The survey responses are used to gauge which techniques to recap and which areas are of particular interest moving forward. This ensures that we are focusing on the most relevant topics for you to enhance your learning experience and outcomes.
During the course
This course is an empowering and intensive two-day workshop allowing you to simplify complex negotiations. Employing the ENS Systematic Preparation Framework and advanced techniques, you’ll gain further insight on how to read other parties, counter tactics, manage the different stages of a negotiation and confidently develop strategy to improve your negotiation outcomes on high stakes negotiations or projects.
Post-course
You’ll develop a personal action plan to lock-in major learnings. The end of this course isn’t the end of your learning experience; the knowledge and skills you’ve gained are integrated into your daily life through a series of reinforcement emails developed from the interactions of your training group. Our training partner ENS provides an e-newsletter which analyses negotiation practises currently happening around the world and offers insights and useful tips so you can apply them to your own scenarios. Your Practitioner will also be available to you after the course to answer any questions or run through scenarios you’re currently facing. This integrated learning approach ensures you get the most of your experience to get more of what you want.

To register for this course you need to have completed the Professional Negotiation and Influencing - Module 1 course or two days of an ENS in-house program.
