Who is the course for?

Prerequisites

Attendees should meet the following prerequisites:

• Completed the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (SNAF) course

• At least 6 months of hands-on administration experience

• Although all scripts are provided for lab exercises, attendees will find them easier to interpret and read if they have a basic understanding of:
