SAFe® for Teams

SAFe® for Teams covers the tactical skills to be a high-performing member of an Agile Release Train (ART). This course also gives you the guidance and tools to work effectively in remote environments with distributed teams. Get the most out of your learning experience by taking it in context with your team and other teams on your ART.

SAFe for Teams will teach you how to plan and execute work, how to apply Scaled Agile Framework® and Agile principles, and how to continuously improve. Taking this course gives your team the collective knowledge to collaborate effectively, do the best possible work, and hit the ground running before your next planning event.

All SAFe workshops at Lumify Work are delivered by an authorised SAFe Practice Consultant. They bring real-world expertise and insights to the classroom, ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience.

Examination

This course pricing includes additional online learning modules, a practice exam, and the certification exam. Attendees must attend all days of the course to be eligible for the exam, and it must be sat within 30 days of completing the course.

Attendees who pass the exam will receive:

• One-year membership to the SAFe Studio Platform, with curated members-only content

• Access to forums, discussion groups, and events with other SAFe certified professionals
