Prerequisites
This introductory Microsoft Teams training is designed for end users like teachers, administrative staff, or staff in charge of day-to-day operations. No advanced ICT experience is needed.
This course assumes that the user understands the basics of using a Windows-based computer. Students should be comfortable using the keyboard, mouse, and Start menu. Understanding and experience using a web browser is an asset, but not required.
End User Seminars
Seminar-style training is conducted in short sessions of 1-3 hours and is ideal for groups of up to 30 students.
