TOGAF Certification is for anyone involved in the development and application of architecture, and is useful to anyone involved in business transformations and capability improvements. Exams can be booked via Pearson VUE. All you need to do is log in to create or access your account at The Open Group and register for an exam.

No, the certification policy has a minimum period before you can retake an exam. This is currently one month. If you retake before that period your test result will be void.
The duration of certification is indefinite – certification is to a given version of the Body of Knowledge and does not expire, so there are no re-certification or renewal requirements.
