The Service Portal Micro-Certification exam certifies that a successful candidate has the skills and essential knowledge to configure, customise, and extend components to create a Service Portal.
Recommended experience:
Six months field experience participating in ServiceNow deployment projects or maintaining ServiceNow instances
General familiarity with industry terminology, acronyms, and initialisms
Exam questions are based on official ServiceNow training materials, the ServiceNow documentation site, and the ServiceNow developer site.
Build your skills with the required ILT courses:
Upon completion of the Service Portal Fundamentals course, students will be eligible to register for the Service Portal Micro-Certification exam.
Each candidate must register for the exam via Now Learning after successfully completing Service Portal Micro-Certification prerequisite training path. The exam is available directly through Now Learning as a non-proctored, 60-minute exam.
