Meet Jordan McNamara – Head of People & Performance

Jordan is Lumify Group's Head of People & Performance. She is responsible for developing and implementing the strategic People & Performance plan, which supports the business in enhancing employee experience to ensure high performance and optimum engagement across the business, as well as promoting an environment which enables change, innovation and business best practice.

Jordan’s career as a dedicated HR leader has spanned across a variety of industries including travel & tourism, construction, and transport & logistics. With experience in multinational and global organisations, as well as SMEs, she has played a key role in supporting businesses that have undergone significant transformational change and growth. Her career has allowed her to travel extensively across Australia and Asia Pacific, giving her the opportunity to experience different cultures and ways of working.
